Norfolk Financial Corp. of Boston, MA and Cumberland, RI uses two different company addresses when reporting to Experian, Equifax and Trans Union agencies. Massachusetts and Rhode Island consumers should submit complaints to BOTH Massachusetts and Rhode Island agencies as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
